
Diane Del Pozo, RYT200, RN
Diane began her yoga journey 13 years ago. She is a certified adult and kids yoga teacher. Initially exploring the benefits of a physical practice, Diane later discovered an interest in the philosophy of yoga and the benefits of meditation. Diane has traveled around Asia practicing yoga and meditation in several countries including India and Nepal. Her love of yoga is a lifelong passion that she continues to deepen. Diane is also a Registered Nurse.

Eniko Pianovszky, RYT200
Enikő is a certified kids and prenatal yoga teacher. Enikő has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years. Yoga has helped Enikő to stay flexible, have body awareness and maintain focus.Along with yoga, Enikő is an IT and management consultant and a mother of three children, ages 8, 10 and 11. She speaks English, French, Russian and Hungarian. She has a passion about children and babies. She also loves learning about cultures and languages.

Lela Basilaia
Lela has a black belt (with one gold line) in Japanese Karate and has been a karate instructor for kids and adults for over 20 years. She trained in Moscow and has won many medals and honors. She also currently teaches at QSI and Picasso Place Preschool.

Lene Macintosh, RN
Lene is a certified prenatal yoga teacher and also a doula (a woman who supports other women through pregnancy, birth and the recovery period after birth). She has a passion for expecting mums and has her own doula business in Tbilisi (www.doulatbilisi.com). During her pregnancy, she benefited hugely from yoga – especially the relaxation at the end of the class where she would fall asleep after a long day at work! She teaches in English but speaks French too. Lene is a Danish nurse who worked in Siberia in 1998/99 where she fell in love with Eastern Europe. She has kept coming back to this part of the World ever since. She and her family have been in Tbilisi for almost three years. And they hope to stay for a very long time.

Nukri Dierashvili
Nukri Dierashvili is a Tai Chi and Qigong master; he has been practicing since he was sixteen years old. Nukri was trained by Chinese masters who also passed their knowledge of Chinese medicine down to him. Most recently, Nukri worked at the Tbilisi city hospital #9. At Sun Yoga, Nukri teaches Tai Chi and offers Chinese facial massage, reflexology, individual and group non-contact therapy sessions. Nukri speaks Georgian and Russian.

Suzette Lohmeyer, RYT200
Suzette is an owner, program coordinator and yoga teacher at Sun Yoga Tbilisi. She is a certified yoga teacher for kids and adults and also completed a teacher training course for Prenatal Yoga through Sun Yoga International. Suzette has been practicing yoga for 15 years, and enjoys doing yoga with her two energetic kids, ages 4 and 6. Yoga has helped Suzette increase her ability to focus, learn how to deal with difficult and stressful situations, and stay physically fit.
Christina discovered yoga while living in China. Interested in eastern cultures and religions, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Oriental Studies. Christina is a yoga teacher for kids and adults, she completed 200 Hour Yoga Alliance TTC in Tbilisi. Practicing yoga helped to keep fit and balanced during her pregnancy and postnatal period. She speaks English, Russian, Georgian and Chinese languages.

Dr. Jacqueline Koay
Jacqueline is the founder and director of Sun Yoga, a Yoga Alliance USA registered yoga training school. She started doing Ashtanga yoga at 17 and is still passionate about the practice. She is a yogi, mother of five, a cook and writer. Her books include The Science & Philosophy of Teaching Yoga, Live Patanjali! and The Kundalini Yoga Cookbook. She splits her time between New York, London, Kuala Lumpur (and now Tbilisi!).

Angeline Liew, E-RYT200
Angeline is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT200 certified instructor. She was trained under Yoga Acharya Bharath Shetty in Yoga India (Mysore), Edward Clark (UK), Dr Jacqueline Koay, Noah Maze, as well as many other proficient international teachers. She also holds a 500-Hour Certification in Tripsichore Vinyasa Yoga (UK) and currently teaches Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Pre and Post Natal Yoga as well as Yoga Therapeutics. Her teaching style is a fusion of gentle yet powerfully engaging asanas, focusing on alignment and the coordination of body, breath and mind, making each yoga experience accessible to practitioners of all levels. Often sought out as a teacher’s teacher, Angeline travels extensively as a Senior Trainer, delivering Sun Yoga’s teacher training programs, proprietary courses and Signature Flow classes.

Lizzie Lee, RYT200, RCYP
Lizzie completed the Radiant Child Yoga Program (RCYP) taught by Dr Jacqueline Koay in 2005, and became a certified Radiant Yoga Teacher (RYT200) in 2007. She started her yoga practice as an alternative workout to the gym, and discovered that gaining flexibility in the body and mind is crucial to better physical health as well as to a happier lifestyle. Along the way, Lizzie discovered her passion for working with kids. Her boundless energy and bubbly personality add a dimension of fun in her Kids’ Yoga classes and playshops.

Raymond Lim, RYT200
Ray is a Senior Teacher at Sun Yoga. He trained under several masters in India and with Jacqueline Koay, founder of Sun Yoga. Ray travels the world delivering Sun Yoga’s teacher training programs and developing Sun Yoga’s proprietary courses. Ray’s specialty and interest is in Yoga Therapy. When he visits Tbilisi he is available for one-to-one yoga sessions.
