  2. The various physiological changes during pregnancy
  3. Stages of foetal growth
  4. Things that could go wrong
  5. The trimesters
  6. Stages of labour
  7. The delivery options
  8. Spotting, Miscarriages

PART TWO: YOGA FOR PREGNANCY

  1. Philosophy
  2. The syllabus (postures for stretch, hip openers, cardio, relax)
  3. Setting up the classroom environment
  4. Vocal intonation
  5. Postures to avoid (the ban list)
  6. Beneficial postures and breathing
  7. Relaxation (including massage)
  8. Positions for late pregnancy and delivery
  9. Yoga in the delivery room
  10. Preparation for the birth (stretching perineum, warm compresses etc)
  11. Post natal yoga
  12. Breastfeeding
  13. Marketing

PART THREE: TEACHING METHODOLOGY
