Firstly THANK YOU for organizing and giving us the opportunity to experience a one-to-one session on yoga therapy. We are grateful for all your effort and always learning something new from your classes.

 I enjoyed my session with Marina as she took me through the anatomy of our body and taught how the right breathing technique is supposed to be. She explained how not breathing correctly can affect the mood and causes stress. She also showed me poses that can help strengthen my core muscles and back muscles.

 Her down-to-earth personality and easy teaching techniques made me comfortable and open myself to the therapy.

 She also recommended a few poses which I can do at work and home (in the mornings & before retiring) to cope with my stress level. I am much calmer at work and enjoying the days better…. thank you Marina!
